"Rosie, our new puppy, needed some TLC. She had some knots in her hair, and she had not had all her shots yet. Our vet suggested looking for a mobile groomer so that she was not exposed to a number of other dogs prior to her getting all her shots. However, I noticed that the earliest opening was over three weeks away. I knew I needed to get Rosie groomed within the next week, so I accepted my fate and went back to square one to start my search all over again.

Thankfully, Cymberly saw my attempt to make an appointment and reached out to me via text. I explained to her that I had just moved here a couple of months ago and that I didn't really have a network or connections within the area where I was renting my Airbnb while I was house hunting. So, I was unsure of who I could really trust to give Rosie her first grooming experience. Let me say Cymberly is amazing. She took the time to answer my questions and walked me through my options. She also even cared enough to ask what kind of flea, tick, and heartworm treatment my vet had given Rosie. That way, she could be sure that whichever product they used would not have any side effects concerning the treatment our vet had just given Rosie earlier in the week. I explained that I didn’t think I could wait three weeks until the next appointment slot. Cymberly told me she would see if she could work something out to squeeze us in sooner.

When Cymberly responded to me later that same evening. She said Tyrell could come to our Airbnb that weekend (usually his day off) to look after Rosie's grooming needs. I was so thrilled that they would even make such an exception for a brand-new client. When Tyrell showed up, he was a professional in every way. In the end, Rosie was a happy, clean, and pretty little lady. They didn't even charge me any extra afterhours or short notice type of fee for coming out on the weekend. I was at the point where I just wanted to tell them, "Take my money" because they had earned a loyal client who was blown away by the service, care, and overall treatment that Tail Swagger PDX provided.
